When I noticed that an overnight trip was a part of the 3rd grade curriculum at my daughter’s school, I furrowed my brow for a sec. Journey came home from school last week and told me that a boy called her a “bitch” on the school bus. While this wasn’t the first time she had heard the word (that was on the playground!), it was definitely the first time she had been called one.
It’s been almost 3 years and I can’t believe I’m just posting this party! Every girl wants a princess party and this was Journey’s biggest bash to date. It was one of the best (and hardest) parties I’ve ever planned because it was the first time that I attempted to make so many of the decorations. I am working out of town this week and have had the worst internet connection ever! I literally tried to post this blog for like 8 hours yesterday and it just wasn’t happening. So I’m a day late but I finally got it to go through.
